It recommends the consumption of vitamin B and DHA which is a fatty acid that is part of Omega-3 and can be found in cold water fish such as salmon, sardines and tuna (without canning). DHA can also be found in nuts, almonds and peanuts.


Exercise

Performing physical activities allows correct blood circulation in cerebral vessels that optimize mental function.
In addition to the exercise, intellectual activities such as doing new activities, reading and practicing memory games are recommended. Technology can help to develop levels of care, but it should not be abused.

The final recommendation is that not only do you take into account your mental health for the commemoration of your day, it is a daily practice to achieve the permanent well-being of our brain.
